TOTAL BODY LIFT

Total Body Lift is programmed differently than the rest of our fitness classes! The class provides challenging “blocks” for each individual to go at their own pace. This allows everyone to focus on their form and up their weight.. without the rush of a certain time limit per exercise. Do 1 round in 10 minutes.. or shoot for 5! Have the freedom to truly push your limit while still being a fun and motivating atmosphere! This class is a studio favorite. Try it out for yourself!

Expect dynamic sequencing, layered progressions, and a continuous, strength-driven flow that sculpts the lower body, ignites the core, and builds refined upper-body power. Every movement and repetition intentional. PRÉS integrates a curated selection of props to heighten resistance, increase instability, and amplify muscle activation. Thoughtfully programmed to extend time under tension and elevate the heart rate, these elements intensify the work while preserving alignment and control.

  • Because we incorporate different variations of leg work in class.. we recommend wearing tighter bottoms or athletic shorts. Loose shorts by expose you more than you would prefer when bending down or laying on your back. Leggings or athletic shorts are perfect for these classes! Wear whatever style top you typically prefer to sweat in.

  • Not a problem! Our instructors are professionals at giving modifications or advancements. It's all about doing your best!

  • Nope! We have all the equipment available for you. Bring your water bottle and a positive attitude to be set up for success!

  • Yes, as long as you consult with your doctor before attending. Be sure to inform the instructor before class. They will give modifications to keep you going throughout the session!
