REFORMER + MAT PILATES

A low-impact and rewarding method of exercise. Spots are limited in our classes for individual attention for each student by the instructor. Everyone can benefit from Pilates and the Reformer adds a fun, yet challenging element to the practice. Our Mat Pilates class is just as exciting and challenge while being 100% on the floor.

BARRE

A chic, ballet-inspired workout that fuses the elegance of dance with the strength of Pilates. Designed to sculpt and tone the entire body, these low-impact sessions focus on precise, controlled movements that lengthen muscles, improve posture, and build graceful strength.

INDOOR CYCLING

High energy, loud music, low lights. Our cycling classes are focused on endurance, speed, and stamina to deliver a guaranteed sweaty workout. The class atmosphere and instructor inspires riders to push beyond their limits.

STRENGTH TRAINING

For those who would rather not be on equipment… our Strength Training classes are mat-based and use body weight, dumbbells, kettlebells, and resistance bands. These classes are ideal to build muscle, yet still kick that heart-rate up.
