meet your trainer - Katy

Katy has been a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer since 2018. She loves the opportunity to meet new people, learn about their story, and build their fitness journey. Katy consults with every client to ensure she understands every client’s goals, concerns, and expectations. From the years of being a trainer, Katy has learned to prioritize time to maximize results for each individual. Just when you feel like giving up.. Katy is on your side to push you even further.
