STEEL is programmed differently than the rest of our fitness classes! The class provides challenging “blocks” for each individual to go at their own pace. This allows everyone to focus on their form and up their weight.. without the rush of a certain time limit per exercise. Do 1 round in 10 minutes.. or shoot for 5! STEEL allows the freedom to truly push your limit while still being a fun and motivating atmosphere! This class is a studio favorite. Try it out for yourself!
