PILATES emphasizes the improvement in range of motion, DEFINITION, and muscle efficiency.

This 45-minute class is a total body session to improve overall functional performance. It is slow-paced and low impact to where “mind-to-muscle” can thrive. Core control, flexibility, and muscle work all come into play! All fitness levels can feel the benefits of STRETCH-PILATES immediately after the class, while creating long-term results. Attend our INTERMEDIATE class for a more stretch focused / body weight class or our ADVANCED class for a more challenging body burn!
