SWEAT is focused on giving your all to get the heart rate up and feel the burn.

This class includes mixed styles of body weight and resistance training. The instructor of the class will guide you through safe, yet effective exercises to keep the heart rate elevated and get the blood pumping. SWEAT is a class that can be as challenging as you choose… pace yourself to what’s most beneficial to you and your goals! Be prepared to sweat!
