SPIN is focused on endurance, speed, and stamina to deliver a guaranteed sweaty workout.

High energy, loud music, low lights. The class atmosphere and instructor inspires riders to push their limits and reach beyond their potential. Dumbbells are provided to perform an arm workout during the ride for an extra challenge. The class leaderboard displays each rider’s metric performance to motivate individuals to keep progressing. Indoor Cycling has been proven to improve heart health, boost muscle endurance, and release endorphins. Our SPIN class does it all while having a great time on the bike!
